Dr Elaine Spirakes is an excellent physician.

Dr.Spirakes was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, informative and very easy to converse with. I am most grateful for her years of experience and gentle care. Such an amazing doctor.

The central scheduling part and then getting pushed over to where the doctor is is very confusing for those of us that came to see Dr. Spirakes in Elmhurst. I had to wait two months to see her just to get one prescription refill because she wasn't in that day. There has to be a better way to get her a message quickly instead of telling me what we don't do it like that. I've been a patient of her for 20 years. I know you guys are just now starting up, but this is something. I really wish you'd work on.
