Dr. Fernandez is a good doctor. Sometimes Aurora doesn't handle things in a timely manor.

Dr. Fernandez always listens to me and answers every question I have for him. I feel comfortable talking to him. I appreciate his knowledge and his ability to help me.

Everyone was efficient and friendly. From the man at the check in desk, the nurses, the xray person, and Dr. Fernandez made me feel welcome.
