Great follow up and very happy with treatment results

it was unfortunate that I had an hour and 40 minute wait after I checked in for the appointment. If there is such a delay, would it be possible to call and give a heads up? I even offered to reschedule the appointment. This is the first time this has happened.

The doctor was delayed because of a difficult procedure. I was given the option to reschedule But I had the time and choose to wait. the staff kept me informed about the status of the doctor. Once the doctor came available I was seen in a prompt manner and the doctor took sufficient time to answer all my questions
