My cataract surgery was moved up by one week. I was scheduled for a pre-op physical due to the date change I needed to have the pre-op physical completed within three days. Dr Lillie fit me into his schedule so that I could have the cataract surgery on the new date. Dr Lillie's action shows he cares about his patients!

The nursing staff was very helpful.

I had to get blood work. The technician didn't seem confident in finding a vein and continued anyway, and missed. Not acceptable.
