I wish I could remember her name, because she was exceptional. She was kind, considerate, and she didn't miss anything. She is Dr. Lillie's nurse. I know that.

I was pleased with the "message your provider" option on LiveWell site. I was able to message my Dr with my concerns and they got back to me within 24 hours. Although my initial appt option was for a week out, after using the message feature, my Dr was able to "squeeze" me in within 24 hours.
