Dr. Lillie is wonderful and has been my primary for over 30 years.
Dr Lillie has excellent in every aspect of my care. I always feel heard and satisfied.
Before my appointment I called and left a message to return my call. I didn't receive a return call. Refill requests took 10 days. I ran out of a medication before the refill was processed. Very poor customer service on several levels. The MA was not pleasant. The LiveWell site should not be a replacement for personal contact or interaction. Customers/patients should not be forced or felt required to use it. The "med check" appointment felt like a waste of my time. The parking garage and medical facility seemed very poorly maintained.
Dr lillie listened carefully, asked lots of questions, was concerned and supportive. He offered options and made a referral for further testing. I am lucky to have him as my doctor.
