Everything went so smoothly from the minute I went into the room.Vitals taken, EKG given then on to my pre surgery physical. Dr Dorman asked if I was wanting a flu shot or Covid booster. I said yes! Get it done while I'm here! Thankyou

The older lady working at the front desk needs to learn customer service manners. She's a little bit terse in her interactions with your customers who come up to the desk. I had asked for the other day about renewing my prescription and she said to call the pharmacy. However when I spoke to my doctor he said yes I can put that in for you and you can just pick it up at the pharmacy. So there is miscommunication as well regarding how to put in refills for prescriptions.

I think Dr Dorman is a great Dr and I feel that he has taken care of me very well over the years. He listens, talks and always makes sure that all my concerns have been addressed. I certainly would and have recommended him to my friends. A great guy!!!!

It seems like my appointment is never on time. Thank god this time I didn't arrive 15 minutes early just for them to be 30 minutes late again. Aside from that the appointment was very good. Everyone was kind, and very attentive.
