This provider is always up to date on my condition. He takes time to make sure you understand what he wants to do and why.

If the patient is expected to be there 15 minutes prior to the appointment...maybe the doctor should also be required to be there 15 minutes early....when the doctor finally starts your appointment 25 minutes after your scheduled appointment time (8am, first appointment of the day) it hard to take anything the provider is saying...
