First time seeing this dr. All around a positive first time experience. For as much as she could gather in 20 some minutes.
The psr when I checked in was on her cell and I had to wait till she was finished watching or texting that is NOT every good and this was with a new providers office
The telephone system is absolutely awful! Patients must be able to contact their physician when the need arises without wading through a long series of prompts and waiting hours for a response. I used to be able to talk to a nurse at Dr. W's office by just dialing the phone and perhaps waiting a few minutes. I know you want us all to use the computer, but it can take a day or two to get a question answered. That is NOT good patient care!
