Dr. Hemphill was extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful. She spent time with me to answer my questions and discuss my concerns. I felt very comfortable with her.
I found it disrespectful that the translator did not put the camera on and that he lacked professionalism when translating, confusing the doctor.
