Went in for my lab work. I fasted but lab tech did not ask if I fasted. Did not take lipid panel. Somehow that order was cancelled in the system. I set up a new lab appt when I was there to get lipid panel test.

Dr.Sipes is an amazing doctor! He is so kind and shows so much care and respect to his patients. I am lucky to have found him within my journey of fertility. He has such a genuine personality and calm demeanor. I will say the student that roomed me needs more training. I had in my chart that I was pregnant, unfortunately we lost the baby and it wasn't taken out from my chart. The MA student kinda chuckled and said she wasn't sure how those things get into patients charts. When she asked me about my history I told her that we lost that pregnancy. She did say she was sorry for our loss. There needs to be better empathy and understanding in these situations. Also she didn't have the room set up for a PAP for the physician like she should have since that is what I was specifically there for.

Dr. Sipes is one of the best doctors I have ever had. His caring, relaxed manner puts a patient at ease. He is easy to talk to and takes the time to discuss my concerns. I completely trust him. His nurse was also friendly and helpful. Because of some mobility issues I needed some assistance with clothing and getting on to the exam table. She helped me in a caring and respectful manner.
