I had to wait over 45 minutes for doctor, He did stop in and tell me at about waiting 30 minutes that he was doing a procedure and will get with me as soon as he is done. I understand he was second back up on call so this caused the delay.

I feel very comfortable with the medical staff and their attention is very kind

I cannot thank Dr Sipes enough. He was so caring and compassionate with us. Even cried with us. Got me in the next day for a procedure so I wouldn't have to stress about it any longer than I had to. I think I was his only case that day not in the clinic. I sincerely appreciate him getting me in. All his staff were very kind as well. In darkest of times, there are small angels that appear and Dr Sipes and his staff were just that.

The person who roomed us never introduced herself, basically said step on the scale, I'll check your BP and you need an appointment next month. It was very impersonal and this wasn't the first time we were roomed in this fashion.

I was very pleased with the care I revived this day , I was in a lot of pain and not only did Dr Sipes and his nurses listen and care but they solved my problem even tho it was frustrating for them as well. He and the two nurses kept asking if I was okay and seemed to actually care, I had been seen 6 days prior by a different provider for the same issue and the treatment I got was night and day difference. Thank you .

Dr Sipes is very personable and relatable. He asks about family and remembers details from previous yearly visit. He is respectful and answers all my questions.

for me This was the first time I was there new Doctor to me and the staff all treated me just great and all worked together as a team I got there so scared and they listen and worked with me when I left there I was not scared any more .I wish all of Aurora was like that Thank you all who I seen and all is working well.

I needed to be seen unexpectedly, was seen quickly, and my whole experience went well.

They are always caring and polite.
