Dr Bufalino is on time, courteous and gives me the information. Sets up my next appointment. The Women in his office are very efficient.

Dr. Bufalino makes me feel comfortable talking about health issues and I feel that he is genuinely concerned about me.

Dr. Bufalino and his staff are at the top of my list for not keeping me waiting. This last visit is the perfect example: I took a "Chicago Tribune" with me to read in the waiting room, and I didn't get past the front page when I was called. Other doctors have kept me waiting up to 45 minutes.

Wish the Nurse Assistant was a bit more cordial.
