The provider is great the office staff not so much. Not only did. I have to wait almost 40 minutes to check out but they are not processing my information right and sent it to the wrong Bcbs. Whoever they sent it to said I wasn't insured per the staff which is impossible. Every other claim I have done this year with Edwards and acension medical group has been paid and I've had the same insurance for six years. Teach the staff how to process an out-of-state blue card PPO so no one else has to deal with this nonsense. The last thing any insured patient with a PPO should be worried about is having the office staff process the information correctly so they're claim can get filed with the correct insurance. I will be reaching out to the hospital Director.
