Dr Villacis was prompt, seen my ultra sound and knew how to proceed with my shoulder injury. Was very he specializes in shoulders!
Wait time was great and experience was satisfactory but not great. From the notes provided by livewell app, I learned more about my condition than what was discussed by Dr. Was disappointed that some of these details, such as evidence of calcific tendonitis, were not shared. Also, internal or external rotation test was not given for rotator cuff, just trapezius/shoulder blade. The rotator cuff is much more painful and not discussed as thoroughly.
Dr. Villacis and staff are wonderful. I've never had a Doctor who takes the time to know your history so thoroughly. He sits and explains things so well. My outcome after this surgery is far far better than I ever could have imagined. Thank you Dr. Villacis and staff.

Why the change in how the visit is conducted? Why use a company in India for processing of medical records? I used to do medical transcription for Aurora Hartford and have read my reports and have found errors. Why outsource to a foreign country?
