I have the utmost trust in Dr. Villacis and his entire team. They are phenomenal- great communicators, well organized, and very good at what they do. I have a functioning arm and right shoulder because of their skills. They restored hope for a good future.

My Doctor was excellent!

Called me in 10 minutes after my scheduled time. Briefly talked to a nurse. Waited for over 25 minutes after the nurse left before Dr. Villacis showed up. He was more attentive this visit. During my initial visit with Dr. Villacis it seemed like he couldn't get out of the exam room fast enough. Like I said, this visit he was more engaged. He did his cursory check of the mobility in my arms and explained his thoughts on how to proceed. I had a few questions and he answered them all. I requested a prescription for physical therapy and he agreed that would be an appropriate way to start. I went to the waiting area and one of his assistants brought out the paperwork/order for physical therapy after he filled it out for me. Second visit was better.

Dr Villacis took the time to answer all of my questions and explain my options, to come up with a plan that is best for me and not just best for the business.

It was my first time meeting Dr.V Definitely very knowledgeable, friendly and like how he explained everything. When I decide to him shoulder surgery, I will definitely have him do it.
