I usually have an ASL interpreter for my appointments and this time one was not provided. I am not sure but the office may have forgotten to request one for me. They said one was called and on the way but never showed up and had to use VRI which wasn't great. Hand movements on screen was blurry. I usually email them and ask them to make sure I had one available for y appointment but didn't request it this time thinking they would take care of it due to prior appointments. Next appointment I will make sure they get one for me. It's important to have a live interpreter at my appointments. Otherwise, everyone is always very kind and an awesome team.
