They really care and listened to my concerns.

Dr. Lamm has always been up to date on my problems. She explains things till I understand them. She explains why I need a certain medication and what to look for if I need to call her.

Diane took a great deal of time to listen to me and explain things which I really appreciated. She took my concerns seriously and included my feelings about treatment options.

Exceptional preparation and professionalism.

Ms. Lamm is wonderful. She is caring and compassionate, health changes are hard for me to handle. But she is patient and walks me thru it. Explaining want I need to do to be healthy

The examination rooms have terrible arrangements. They are not designed to make the patient feel comfortable but instead, the patient is made to feel like he or she is inconveniencing the health care provider. Everything in the room is arranged with no thought to ease of patient care or administration of friendly, kind encouraging care. These treatment rooms are the worst I have ever seen - anywhere!
