Diane Lamm did her job on every level when I ask her question. Diane took her time listening when my wife tried to answer her questions. Diane gave us INFO about on my wife issues and explained to her and also her up coming Appointment with GI . I would recommend Diane Lamm to family and friends.

Very positive appointment with Diane Lamm. I have achieved goals under her guidance. She empowers me with her knowledge; skills & abilities. Aurora is lucky to have her as a provider. All of the staff in the diabetic department are personable & phemoninal!

Good experience with Diane. She was very professional, yet personable.

As a whole if I have to wait more then 15 minutes every time by every provider then why should I come earlier? Why should I do precheck if I'm ask the same questions every time? Why do I wait some times an hour if I'm only going to be seen 10 to 15 minutes. If the other doctors at other visits are to give you a full check up but only see you for 5 minutes then they shouldn't be paid for a visit. One more thing, if the doctor is running late why can't the receptionist text me a better time to come in? I am just totally frustrated with how I am treated as a whole.

I only had to wait a few minutes after checking in for the nurse. Then only a few minutes until seeing Diane Lamm. And she answered my questions and looked up information on something I was asking about. Very thorough.

The LPN that check me in was very knowledgeable regarding diabetes. Diane takes her time and listens to everything you are telling her and then has comments and/or suggestions. Makes me feel good about how I am coping with my diabetes.

Everyone was very nice. From the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor.
