My experience in that doctor's office was disheartening and frustrating. After the long wait, when the doctor finally entered, she seemed distracted and uninterested in my concerns. She quickly examined and did pap smear without explaining the procedure. The lack of professionalism, empathy and clear communication left me feeling neglected and uncared for.
