I'm very happy with Dr. David. I think when my visits are Medicare visits then less time is taken since there seems to be restrictions on what is expected during a Medicare Wellnesd visit.

Dr. David and her staff are fantastic! They know me and treat me as a person, not just another patient. I drive over 50 miles one way just to keep Dr. David as my PCP.

What is the procedure for submitting prior medical x-rays when you change to a new state and doctor. I lost some records in a flood and I'm not sure of the address of the medical place that has my x-rays for many various orthopedic issues .
