The doctor was very thorough and took his time explaining everything to my son and I.

Every person that entered the room was very polite and made my grandson feel comfortable. The Dr. was amazing with my grandson and talked to us like a friend. The Dr. even shared an experience he had in Peru when we discussed different fruits my grandson would like to try. The Dr. never once had his hand on the door like he was to busy for us. When we walked out of the office my grandson responded " I like that Dr. he's nice and funny.

Dr. Patel has been amazing throughout the years. He's always very engaging and thorough with my son's care. We couldn't ask for a better doctor.

The delay in being seen was explained by staff after we were taken back to an exam room, 30 minutes past our appointment time. Apparently delays were due to remodeling in the office that limited the number of exam rooms available.
