Just switched to new physician due to my previous Dr retiring. Very pleased with Dr Naik
Dr. Naik just switched to Advocate. That is why the nurse who first talked to me did not have all my info from My Chart. I am hoping that Advocate/Endeavor can be more transparent and up front about sharing information. For example, I have a blood test coming up. Advocate wasn't sure that Endeavor would share the results in a timely manner if I went to an Endeavor facility for the blood test. Please correct this!! As far as Dr. Naik goes, she is the most caring and patient doctor I have ever had. She takes the time to answer my questions and I always feel I get the best care from her. That is why I switched from Endeavor to Advocate, because she did. Thank you Dr. Naik!

Dr. Naik is an excellent physician. I followed her to advocate from her previous practice. However, the staff at the office left me feeling nostalgic for her old office. I know she takes her time with everyone, and I certainly do not mind waiting. However, the medical assistant brought me into the room, had me put on a gown, and advised me that the doctor would be "right in". This surprised me, but I believed her. I waited in the room for an hour. I considered leaving without being seen. Again, waiting isn't the issue. It is the lack of communication. If the medical assistant advised me that doctor was running behind, I would not be bothered in the slightest. Thankfully, Dr. Naik provides excellent care always and is worth waiting for. I hope that in the future I am notified of any delays if I am in the office for a visit.
