The provider is fine. My biggest issue is with the difficulty in making appointments and how long it takes to get in to be seen by someone. I'm also not happy with how terribly slow billing has been and how billing amounts or prepay amounts show up in the app and it just seems like there's a problem with how billing works with the app.
Very kind, listened to my concerns, and provided thorough answers.
