Dr. Vanbeek did an excellent job on my ingrown toenail surgery. He explained things clearly and made the procedure almost painless. The only concern I have is that I had to wait over a month for an appointment to see him. Perhaps there is a need for more podiatrists?

Communication was not clear as to which area of the ED we needed to go in to for a stat ultrasound. Needless to say, it was not stat. People were very apologetic. It happens.

Staff was helpful and polite.
