1) I was provided a date far out a month, then after my PCPs request I finally got a closer date. I understand this is an approach hospitals take to show patients that they are pretty booked out but it's not the case in reality.. but I was hoping it didn't take me to call 5-6 numbers and then schedule an appointment 2) I reached 30min earlier for my appointment and had to wait 15min post my appointment for doctor to arrive. 3) When I was asking the receptionist and nurse practitioner if the surgeries happen in the ortho building, they had no clue.. pretty disturbing that they didn't even know if Dr. Orton was a surgeon when I asked.. my trust was lost right there... 4) When I met Dr. Orton, yes he listened to me and answered my questions but he didn't even care to read the form I filled, didn't review the XRay pictures, report, MRI reports I send via chat to Nicole/Dr. Orton team. He just looked at the MRI CD I had brought.. I ended up explaining everything which was very frustrating.. I'm paying for a doctor's time, they should come prepared just like I'm. Furthermore, I left with so many doubts and questions bcoz he didn't give me a clear path on what to try to make my condition better.. he seemed very ok with do a surgery if you want not a big deal..or don't if you don't want... I mean it left me doubtful as though this appointment was worth my time. There was no discussion about if I need to meet again or how to ask questions after appointment.. Idk I'm just disappointed one after the other meeting Aurora's physicians but this one was a pretty bad experience.
