Love the staff
When you have a 12:30pm appointment. You will end up seeing Dr. McCreary around 3-4pm. Also works off of his mood and doesn't do or offer proper treatment in any kind of timely fashion.
My provider always listen to me. He is never in a rush and take good time with me and all the staff is just awesome
The office staff is very courteous and friendly. Wait time seemed a little long, almost an hour after arriving to see the Doctor. Overall experience was fine.

I had to cancel my appointment after waiting over an hour and a half in the waiting room and still three other patients ahead of me. I just couldn't waste anymore of my time in the day so I rescheduled it. It's a frequent problem but sometimes it's just too much

The time in the waiting room can range from 45 minutes to almost two hours. I continue seeing the doctor because of his kindness and compassion. He instills confidence.
