I don't appreciate having to wait more than an hour per visit to see my PCP.

Waited an hour in waiting room, which is typical, unfortunately. But, Dr. McCreary's care is so excellent that it's worth the wait. He's wonderful.

Why does the provider schedule appointments that they know will never be on time? I arrived at the office 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. I waited in the waiting room for one hour after my scheduled appointment time. Once I was moved to an examination room I waited another full hour before the doctor came in to see me. This is not the first time this has happened. Ridiculous!
