This was our first visit with Dr. McCreary and he was very attentive, sensitive, and caring.

The people are kind and nice and work there they make you feel good about yourself.

Provider is excellent in understanding my health, my history, and needs. The Office telephone system you recently adopted is the worst experience I have every had. It now impossible to effectively communicate with the Zion Aurora office. It was much better and efficient when I could directly contact the Zion Clinic Office. Your move to a central answering system is a significant negative and you should go back to the local office phone system. If it were not for Dr. McCreary I would consider changing my primary care physician.

This was a first visit so covered past information. I believe I will be very satisfied with my new doctor. He appears to be very thorough.

WHEN I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT THE DOCTOR SEES ME 1.5 HOURS OR 2 HOURS AFTER MY APPOINTMENT. I CANT FIGURE OUT HOW THEY CAN GET THAT FAR BEHIND. BUT THE DOCTOR AND STAFF ARE WONDERFUL PEOPLE. JUST HATE THE SCHEDULING.

Dr. McCreary is the BEST! I could not ask for a better physician.
