Dr Dena and the xray tech were amazing. They both did great with my toddler son and helped him feel important too. They went above and beyond for my son who wasn't the one for the visit I was but he had to come with me. The xray tech showed my son the pictures she took and told him what all everything was. They were truly amazing

- I arrived on time. It took approximately an hour to be seen by the doctor. I think my doctor was double-booked. - Dena is very knowledgeable, kind, and very passionate about her work. I am very happy to have finally found a primary care doctor that not only makes me feel comfortable, but takes the time to listen and address my care and concerns. - It is very difficult to see Dr. Dena Horvath regarding more urgent matters (like cold/flu, infections, etc). I've had poor experiences with Aurora's urgent care and prefer to see primary care for these visits. - Please bring back paper billing, phone calls, and personal (non-app based) communication for those who aren't tech-savvy.

Both she and her RN were very good communicating and I was late getting in as they did not have a room ready but they did not cut my time short because of it.

The staff always listens, answers questions, is kind, friendly and caring.

Dena is awesome

Dena and her nurse made me feel soooooo comfortable about everything. I have syncope that's triggered by medical-esque situations and she seriously alleviated so much of my anxiety. She was sweet, she listened, and I felt like she genuinely cared. Excited isn't necessarily the right word, but I am much more willing to schedule and follow through appointments even if they may trigger syncope for me. I felt very supported by her.
