Doctor and nurse were terrific. What was not great was the signage to the Lombardi Cancer Center. After I found building 7, I couldn't figure out where to go and ended up being late for my appointment. I guess you have to know that hematology means the Cancer Care Center and the signage is inside once you walk through a second set of doors. When I finally got there, the man at the reception desk would not address my concerns and it appeared that he didn't care that I got lost.
