Waited long in waiting room once got in it was very quick to see doctor. Doctor spent an hour and 30 minutes helping me understand and come up with a plan to help. It was phenomenal.

The nurse misunderstood my daughter and canceled her prescription for insulin viles. We use both viles and flex pens. Her pump uses the viles to fill the cartridges and the flex pens are for the school nurse. So it wasn't a duplicate medication.
