I like my Doctor and she is doing a very good job to help her patients.
I had a very good physical exam after several years without one.
Everyone in the office from the front desk to the Doctor were friendly and engaged. I felt I was valued and listened to. The Nurses who checked me in and then took my blood were very kind and made sure I was comfortable. The Doctor provided compassionate listening and care.
I had a 10:15 am appointment, got there at 10 am, was told my appointment was at 10:40, I had the appointment card with me, it was written at my last visit, it shows 10:15, they still made me wait till 10:40 before they called me into the examing room. I was the only one in the waiting room, even though my appointment card said 10:15, they made me wait 25 more minutes.
