I was concerned about my test results and asked for a call. Instead I received a notice to contact a specialist via the patient portal. I was disappointed as I had additional questions. I understand a provider sees many patients, but I did not understand the medical terms used on the testing. I wish the provider the best in her practice.

This dr was filling in for my regular dr. She doesn't believe in the same things so it's a challenge. For example, she doesn't prescribe pain meds so she challenges refills even though there is a history and plan in place with my existing dr. I reached out bc I contracted covid again and even though I'd had paxlovid before, she wouldn't prescribe it. I had to suggest an alternate medication and by the time she got back to me, it was too late to get in time for the 5 day window so I had to continue to be extremely uncomfortable longer than was necessary. I dread having to deal with her for anything. The problem is there are no other drs in the practice so I have no other choice when my dr is out of office. He's generally gone for a month in the summer which is awful trying to maintain protocols.
