The only problem was getting an appointment. The call center is not personal enough. They do not give messages to the doctor. I was a former patient that had not been seen in awhile, so I was considered a new patient and could not get an appoint soon enough when I needed it! Dr.Keim is awsome.

This was my first visit to Dr Keim. She explained everything to me in detail about the health condition of my feet and legs more than any other Dr I have seen. I appreciate the interest in the care she will be providing me with.
Dr. Keim's service was excellent. However, the phone used by Aurora to deal with scheduling appointments is the worst! The wait time for someone to pickup is unbelievably long. And the scheduling soft-ware apparently needs attention as well, since my appointment had to be rescheduled by the Aurora person twice.
Cared for the pain and understood. She offered and demonstrated stretches to help me further and get me started before therapy. Took her time and has me on a manageable and quick path to a more active less painful summer.
Dr Keim is awesome. The call center didn't understand my situation and made the appointment for nails. I got a call from Dr. Keim's office and was appeal to communicate with them what I needed done. I think the call center people could use addition training.
Friendly, out going, helpful, is how I would describe Dr Keim.
There was a scheduling mixup, so I wasn't on the schedule when I arrived. Dr. Keim and her team made room for me so I wouldn't have to come back. Everyone went out of their way to help me, it was a terrific experience. Kudos to the staff for putting the patient first, it was most definitely noticed.
