Dr Keim is excellent. Aurora emails and texts are not so good. Not accurate, annoying

Waited over 30 min for provider in room with no explanation from anyone. Dr Keim is always very nice but I think because she was running so late, she was in a hurry and didn't spend the usual time.

Dr. Keim never makes me feel rushed. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and answers my questions.

Dr Keim is very gentle and patient and knows what to do with your sore feet! I was in horrible pain walking because of arthritis in the big toe. After confirming the problem with x-rays, her solution was quick and complete. I wish every treatment for an illness worked this quickly.

What a great visit. I had my appointment time wrong and although I was over an hour late for my appointment, the receptionist went to talk with the nurse, who in turn got the approval from the doctor to still take the time to see me. None of the above had to do what they did, I was in the wrong, but they all went out of their way to accommodate my mistake. I was very happy and appreciative for their collective efforts!

Dr. Keim is an excellent podiatrist. She has a no-nonsense approach with a warm touch. She cares about you as a patient always having your best interest in mind.
