We waited WAY TOO LONG to see doc (45) min.

Doctor didn't see us in time due to the individuals taking the blood were running late. Today is my 47th treatment and each experience have been pleasant.

Deanna Ficke always provides excellent service, especially explaining information and listening.

She is a great listener and very helpful answering all questions completely.

Deanna made me feel cared for and listened to and I feel comfortable asking her about any questions or concerns that I have regarding my care while at the clinic.

I was not informed that my schedule time was changed so I ended coming in early so I had to wait around went to cafeteria to wait until my new appointment
