Everyone I came in contact with today was pleasant and friendly, and showed concern and care for me. Check in, lab, PA, nurse in infusion area, all were great.

This is the 3rd bone marrow biopsy that Deanna has performed in less than 6 months. She and her staff are very professional and go out of their way to accommodate.

This experience was fine. I must add that for 4.5 hours in the treatment chair in #15 infusion suite today, I had to listen to nearly constant conversation between a man and woman in the next suite. Absolutely no consideration for me or anyone else within shouting distance. I guess the remedy is to ask to be moved to a different suite. The infusion nurse was excellent, and I appreciate the teamwork of the staff covering each other.

Once again their empathy was wonderful. Taking time to explain about the treatment and my questions.

The PA listened to all questions and concerns. Showed empathy and high degree of knowledge. The feeling of being "cared" for was evident.
