Deanna was very knowledgeable and personable. Really enjoyed my time with her and the overall experience at the Franklin location.

I appreciated not feeling rushed or dismissed with my concerns. She took the time to listen and come up with a plan I agreed with which I think is important for patient experience and trust with their health .

I was at this provider for the first time and I felt incredibly comfortable being there. She took the time to be with me, and I did not feel like she was rushing at all, she was very attentive and listened to everything that I had to say. This is the first time in a long time that I have gone to a provider that I felt like I was listening to me 100%.
