I appreciated being seen at my appointment time. Both Deanna and her assistant were friendly, kind, and pleasant. Deanna answered my questions thoroughly. She carefully explained the application of the prescribed medication. I will highly recommend her to my friends and family.
Nurse-practitioner was great and never had any issues with their doctors or advanced practitioners. However, some of their support staff (nurses & PSAR) were not welcoming. Felt like they didn't care about patients: no greeting, rushing through information gathering process, annoyed nonverbals or body language, etc. Please re-train support staff with more customer service skills.
