After my visit I went to the infusion room for an injection. Through no fault of the nurse I was made to wait 45 minutes for the injection. She kept apologizing and kept me informed. I was told the wait was due to the computer running slow therefore there was a wait on the blood test results.

I don't like when my future appointments are rescheduled without telling me. My chemo start time was changed and I didn't know until I was given a print out today. Now I have to rearrange a driver to help me get to it at a different time.

She was very thorough on what today was going to be about she went over all of my lab work and explain to me what my low readings were and not to be to concerned because we're going to continue doing this moving forward. I felt this overall appointment with her went extremely well I did not feel rushed she let myself and my friend ask questions and she was good on answering all of them. I truly appreciate that more than you will know. I felt at ease when it was time to start chemo because I was able to meet with her and talk about my concerns so thank you. ?

Remove the required masking policy for healthy patients and staff. This was never a requirement for flu season in the past. Its absolutely not doing a thing, a paper mask for a healthy person and made me extremely uncomfortable and irritated.
