This was my first visit to this Advocate location and was very satisfied. Had been going to the Barrington office for over 20yrs and the Algonquin office is so much better. The office staff was extremely helpful and nice compared to Barrington. Glad I made the switch

They were wonderful they insured all my questions took time I didn't feel rushed thank you I've already sent one new patient to them I would advise anyone to go there

Just some confusion on entering the facility I waited in my car & spot, then they called called me 3 times with nothing but air( these 3 times) so with blank coming threw I took it upon myself to enter the facility , only to be reprimanded to wait in my car I said they called but nothing . Thoughts

Waited a long time to get blood taken by nurse-they were busy-liked it when you just went to get blood taken by another person who just drew blood. Nurses are busier then doctors.

Provider listened well to my symptoms and information about prior sinus infections. This was first time I saw this provider.

It was fine.

Glad was able to get an appointment right away but waiting 45 after the time schedule could be improvement.
