I think Dawn is a very caring professional and I appreciate the time that she gives to the patient. I never feel hurried but well taken care of in a friendly manner. She has a wonderful way of making one feel comfortable even if you feel you have an awkward question. She listens to your concerns about meds and allows you to have input into your own care. Very good about explaining pros and cons of a situation so that one can make a comfortable decision for one's own care. She's awesome!

i felt really isolated and stared at for wearing proper ppe. i don't feel comfortable with my healthcare team not supporting a basic tenet of patient safety by not wearing masks. my care overall has been great, but my latest experience left me feeling out of place and uncomfortable when patients and staff stared at me.

All is good. Dawn takes the time to talk through all concerns and listen to me. She also offers advice and support.

My provider goes above and beyond for me. She looks after me in many ways that of which I'm grateful for. Thank you
