I have never been to this location. When I made my appointment it was for a later date. They were concerned with my symptoms and called me right away and scheduled me for the same day. Dawn was great!

Very professional yet, yet friendly

Dawn went over my medications very throughly and we talked about the flu shot and when to get a covid booster shot.

Scheduling on the phone was not a good experience. The lady hung up on me twice. She seemed bothered by my call when I asked her to give me a minute while I checked my calendar for the date she was giving me. Then I turned to the app but that always gives me issues as well. Very frustrating.

Dawn is a great provider. I've seen her for many years and trust her completely. I'm thankful to have a caring and dedicated provider in my corner.

Dawn and her assistant take a more than adequate amount of time reviewing my history and my future needs.

Dr Dawn is awesome! I trust her 100%. I've been seeing her for years!!

I have seen Dawn Koterbski for the past 15-18 yrs. Wouldn't go anywhere else - she gets me! LOL

only one complaint - at the end of the meeting I was told I needed to come back in a month to keep my medicare up to date - when the appointment was made due to drug refill, I think the person I talked to should have known by my chart that I would need to come back in a month and go thru the blood workup again. I would have waited another month
