Dr. Mai is extremely polite, he explains things in a way that my special-needs daughter can understand. He is very patient and not at all condescending! He reviews her meds thoroughly and talks with us about our goals/plans. He makes my daughter feel comfortable! Dr. Mai is truly an asset to Aurora Health!!! I wish there were more physicians like him there!

While my visits to Dr. Mai are short and occur 6-12 months apart, he not only shows he knows who I am but easily integrates my care history with the results of my exam, giving me comfort and confidence in his recommendations. He's a good listener and though we only spend minutes together never makes me feel he's in a hurry to be somewhere else. Definitely one of my favorite medical providers.

very thorough exam and discussion. injury and illness prevention are not the job of the dermatologist unless it regards skin disease and did discuss sunblock.
