I originally had trouble getting an appointment within six months. His assistant evidently managed to get me an appointment within a month of my asking. I appreciate that, but also wonder if you need more dermatologists on staff. Had I not been able to see Dr. Mai in a timely manner I'd have gone elsewhere.
