Dr Tylicki was not only professional but also the most humorous provider I've ever seen. He made us feel cared for, heard, and important while at the same time interjected humor to build rapport. I was truly impressed with his follow up phone call the SAME afternoon to discuss my X-ray results and the next steps in my care. I am looking forward to future care with this provider.

Dr. Tylicki is my saviour and by far the best Dr. In your system. I simply adore him and his staff.

It seems that when you need an appointment with any doctors they are so scheduled that it's hard to get an appointment. One of the office nurses had me on a list for an opening when someone cancelled their appointment. It was amazing looking out from the office at the parking lots and my guess there were probably 200/ 300 cars parked in the parking lot!!! Very busy.

Doctor explained there would be a more detailed conversation regarding treatment etc after results of the MRI are sent to him.

Dr T had a guy in training, very good questions. I'm still waiting to get approval from now National Insurance for procedure, but Dr T will follow up on that, been a few months, still waiting for my Insurance, crazy when Dr prescribed. Darn Insurance
