The experience with the doctor and staff was excellent. The only problem was with the facility. In the drop off area, there was a senior citizen transport service parked blocking one lane of the entrance from the time we arrived and was still there with the car running when we left one hour later. That meant I had to walk on crutches much farther than was safe or necessary. My husband drove up to pick me up but it was not possible to get close to the pick up area. This facility used to have vallet service. Maybe at least a parking attendant to control the drop off area should be considered. I felt happy there was no ice.
There were no instructions per text or phone call concerning exactly where I was going. So I ended up walking into the entrance to the hospital and absolutely nobody was there anywhere around to help and I waited for a while and finally someone happened to walk by that had a badge on so I asked him where to go and they helped me to find where I needed to go
Dr Tylicki is very informed on my condition and solutions to manage pain. He's very personable and easy to talk to about my pain, medication and exercises.
Excellent Doctor with a great personally. He made me feel at home and I had a new friend.
Doctor listened to me and was very thorough with what the next steps would be, with trying to determine what was going on. Very professional and kind.
By the time a person needs pain management the illness or injury is already there. This provider knew my previous medical history and we went forward from there.
Dr Tylicki one of best Doctors I've seen over the years I would highly recommend him to anyone with nagging pain

It was a very good experience. Dr. Tylicki was kind and efficient. the tech from Metronics was there and she did most of the talking. I had 3 techs in all and hey wee all great. Dr. tylicki seemed to have a very close relationship with them and they worked superbly with him during the surgery and aafterwards as well. I was pleased with everything.
