Dr Sliwoski provided me with very excellent care. He is very efficient and really cares about my issues. He answers all my questions and concerns in a way that I can understand. He asks questions that are most helpful and cover all of my needs. His nurses are very nice, knowledgeable, and efficient as well. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

This was my first appt with Dr. SLIWOSKI. So for the question as to had i ever in the past 6 months been told by him about my general health i chose no because you don't have a "Not applicable" option. Really need that.
