Dr. Sarcu was approachable, friendly, helpful, and ready to deal with my issue without a barrage of questions as to why I was there. It was a follow-up appointment, and he knew exactly where to start. At the end he took the tine to ask me if there was anything new I needed addressed. Thought that was nice.

I had ear wax removed, which was a short procedure.
